Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Items held in local stock are typically dispatched the same day (cut-off time: 2:30 PM UK time) or the next working day. Items sourced from suppliers may take up to one week to ship.
Combined Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and restock items, we may wait to dispatch until all items are available.
Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email upon dispatch. A contract between you and Kitty Darling is formed at the point of dispatch, unless we notify you otherwise.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- Payment authorisation cannot be obtained
- There is a pricing or product description error

Duties & Taxes
For European and international orders, additional duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges vary by location and must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery.
