Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Items held in local stock are typically dispatched the same day (cut-off time: 2:30 PM UK time) or the next working day. Items sourced from suppliers may take up to one week to ship.

Combined Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and restock items, we may wait to dispatch until all items are available.

Order Confirmation
Your order represents an offer to purchase. We accept your order, and a contract is formed, when we send you an email confirming acceptance (usually the dispatch confirmation).

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse an order if:

The product is out of stock
Payment authorisation cannot be obtained
There is a pricing or product description error

🌍 International Orders (Excluding UK)

Duties & Taxes
International customers may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees under their country’s laws. These charges are set by local authorities and vary by location. 💳 Cancellations

Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods.

Cancellation Process
To cancel, please email [email protected] with your order details. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

If you return goods under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the cost of the goods in full.

Where free shipping was offered, we reserve the right to deduct our standard delivery cost from the refund to cover the original shipping expense.

If you paid for an enhanced delivery method (e.g. express or next-day), only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you paid for an enhanced delivery method (e.g. express or next-day), only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

Condition of Returns
If returned items are not in a fully re-sellable condition due to signs of unreasonable use, we may reduce the refund accordingly, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

🎁 Gift Card Policy

Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any gift card transaction where a discount code has been used in violation of this policy.
Gift cards are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law (for example, if they are faulty).
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
