At Kitty Darling we aim to get your gorgeous new purchase to you as quickly as possible.

🎁 Pickup Today

For items marked as “Available for Pickup Today”, you can reserve online and collect in-store the same day during our opening hours.

Our store is open for pickups from 11:00am to 4:00pm on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Orders placed less than 2 hours before closing will be available the next day we are open.

💳 Products on display but not held in stock

These items are available to order from our suppliers and shipped directly to you.

Delivery usually takes between 3–7 working days.

💷 Shipping Costs

Currently we offer free shipping with orders over £20. Smaller orders will be charged at Royal Mail standard fees.

🌍 International Shipping

All international orders outside the UK are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means your payment covers the cost of your items and shipping only. Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees will be charged to you directly by your local customs office or courier before your order is released.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority to confirm any additional costs before completing your purchase. If your credit or debit card is not charged in GBP (£), your card provider will convert the total at their exchange rate on the date they process the transaction.
