🛍️ Orders & Dispatch
Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Items in local stock are typically dispatched the same day (cut-off time: 2:30 PM UK time) or the next business day. Items sourced from suppliers may take up to one week to ship.
Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and restock items, we may dispatch your order once all items are available.
Order Confirmation: Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email. A contract between you and Kitty Darling is formed upon dispatch of your order, unless we notify you otherwise.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse an order if:
The product is out of stock.
Payment authorization cannot be obtained.
There is a pricing or product description error.
🌍 International Orders (Excluding UK)
Duties & Taxes: For European and international orders, additional duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges vary by country and are payable to the courier at the time of delivery.
Import Regulations: We recommend reviewing your country’s import tax regulations before purchasing from the UK.
💳 Cancellations
Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact us at support@kittydarling.co.uk with your order details. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.
💷 Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
Condition of Returns: If the returned item is not in a fully re-sellable condition due to unreasonable use, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
🎁 Gift Card Policy
Discount Codes: Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any gift card transaction if a discount code is used in violation of this policy.
